Paul Nougé (1895 -1967) was a Belgian poet, instigator and theorist of the Surrealism in Belgium. Between December 1929 and February 1930 Nougé carried out nineteen photographs which were published in 1968 with the title “ Subversion of the images”. 19 original photographs and documents will be exhibited, they all belong to the ‘Archives and Literature Museum’ of Belgium.
