Explorers Outdoors with Collective and artist Rhona Jack

Collective

Suitable for children aged 7-12

Join us at Collective for a morning exploring weaving and fibre art with artist Rhona Jack. Beginning with a visit to Christian Newby’s exhibition Boredom>Mischief>Fantasy> Radicalism>Fantasy in the City Dome, Rhona will lead a fun and creative cardboard loom-making activity on Calton Hill.

Rhona Jack is a visual artist based in Dundee whose work combines textile art and sculpture with a focus on using reclaimed and recycled materials.

This activity will take place mostly outdoors (under cover) in our Play Shelter; however, we advise that you dress for the weather as Calton Hill can often be windy and wet!
