GARAGE is an artist-run space comprising of three garages and a garden that opens to the public during August. Each year, selected artists from a variety of disciplines are invited to research, develop and exhibit new work within the space; while other parts of the venue are used for secret site-specific works, revealed as ideas develop.  The projects include a series of live art events and shows, creating links between artists and artist groups across the UK and beyond, and providing the opportunity for public engagement and exchange. The curators and artists will be available for interview and discussion on site. 

This year, participating artists include: Abe Locke, Ailie Rutherford, Aleatory Music Systems, Belinda Gilbert Scott, Cath Keay, Christine Hilditch, David MacDiarmid, Emma Bowen, Frank Mosley, Heidi Grandy, House of Traps, Jo Marsh, Kirsten Welsh, Malcy Duff, Rebecca Key, Sarah Kenchington, Sharon Quigley and Thomas MacGregor.
