William Eggleston: Portraits 1974

Raised on a cotton plantation in the Mississippi Delta, William Eggleston (b.1939) has created a singular portrait of his native South since the late 1960s. Widely regarded as the most influential colour photographer of the 20th century, this is the first public exhibition of photographs taken on a 5x7 camera in 1974 but only recently printed for the first time.
